We pride ourselves on getting each and every order correct the first time out.  However, mistakes do happen, and we will stand behind your purchase if we make a mistake. Always have the copy of your order confirmation ready so we can honor these claims.

Returns/Refunds -  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us at  Make certain to include your order number from your order confirmation.  If you have photos of the issue please include them as this will help speed up the return process.  We must be notified of any issues with the original product within 30 days of delivery to you.  If the issue was a mistake or fault of our own, we will cover the return shipping and issue a refund up to the amount originally paid for the item.  If the incorrect item was ordered, or we are given incorrect information we ask that the customer cover the return shipping and a small 20% restocking fee.

Warranty - If you have issues with an item purchased after 30 days we will offer a one time replacement against manufacturer defects, materials, and workmanship.  We will not cover items that have been neglected or abused, including accidents, stone chips, other debris, or misuse.  We will require photos of the issue, and may require the customer to make the item available to ship back using a prepaid shipping label we provide.
